How did you like 3-body problem? I’m waiting on the show to see if I’ll like it

Probably not, but the movie is pretty much defined by him. It’s not just Oppenheimer, it’s “Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer”.
I’m on the second book of Hugh Howey 's Silo Trilogy. Loved the show, loving the books even more
I’d expect the ReVanced team to add this as a patch soon, seems very cool
They mean debrid. It’s basically just paid DDL
I’m guessing he’s referring to r/opensignups but there’s probably a Lemmy community for it too
Anyway, these communities post updates when private trackers open up their registrations. These don’t happen regularly so it’s good to know when they open so you can register and access their content
Gmail itself, in that situation, is just a frontend to the mail server. You can use the same domain, on any mail server, with any frontend, and it would work just as well. It’s just that Google Workspace apps are familiar to most users. But even then, the industry leader is Microsoft with their Office Suite which is yet another option
Edit: The bot reply is what I was looking for. On wefwef, it will only go to the post, comment or community if you link it like this
I expected the Play Store release to take some time, but Android really has no need to go through with that. Just a simple apk file is all you need. You don’t even need to go through the whole TestFlight process on iOS so I kinda wish they had some beta releases by now.
I’m working with wefwef till Boost comes out. I just fell in love with Boost for Reddit and it’s similar enough, I’ll switch over immediately. There’s also Memmy which I would like to try, and it’s supposed to be for Android as well, but I can’t find any builds and haven’t been able to figure out building it for myself
A pretty good blog about the situation I think you should read - https://ploum.net/2023-06-23-how-to-kill-decentralised-networks.html

The lack of karma should help that atleast
From what I understand about Lemmy, the only way to disable signups completely is by defederating. Meaning, you would not be able to view other communities from other Lemmy instances like .world or beehaw.
To get around this, you can switch to application signup like beehaw and just ignore/reject every application but this would also mean that anyone can view your instance as a guest. Like you can go to lemmy.world and view posts and comments without logging in
Atleast, that’s what I understand. Maybe someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
This this this 100%
