so I’m curious, do you just not eat any actual food anymore other than Soylent?
is it better than Huel? Huel tasted awful
i agree, but not by passive aggressively shitting on people’s life choices in a social media comment section.
choosing a marvel movie to use as a way to ground people is possibly not the best idea.
How about ignore the quips and run for local office?
You’re completely right, but it’s also highlighted when people on the internet discuss things they know nothing about but decide to become very sarcastic against “the other side.”
smug superiority indeed. many examples in this very thread.
and much more… centralized? But let’s also just ignore the part where it’s described as generally more secure as well.
spoilers…
“just do this or that.”
while I appreciate the attempt to help and provide options, I think your reply largely misses the point of discussing this. Google is going to keep shutting down those options until there aren’t any left, just like Reddit with Libreddit / Safereddit.
it’s best in any format, imo. shaping up to be my all-time favorite game.
and too lazy to edit 😅 just joking around
that’s what you take away from the post you’re replying to? therapy is very much needed.
big +1 for Thunder. I love Sync so far and paid the one-time no ads option, but I understand why others wouldn’t want to.
I completely understand, respect, and share your ideals however our current global circumstances are not favorable at all for those ideals. We can and will slowly change that, I’m sure of it, but at the same time people deserve to get paid for their work.
$20 to remove ads on an app I’ll probably use daily seems to be fair price, from my perspective. But the subscription rubs me the wrong way.
Seems more like you’re projecting a reality that isn’t the case. Moreso projecting a weird defensive attitude over a social media application when people are, understandably, concerned about their data privacy. I think we should keep this type of attitude over on the Reddit side.
an opinion cannot be wrong. but it also cannot be right. you make a fair point with what you’re saying. the dev is already planning on a single time purchase, but a sub option is definitely not “morally wrong.”
Your reply is coming across as needlessly aggressive, but I’m not sure if I’m just projecting my years of Reddit interaction onto you. I had no ill intentions when I replied to your initial post, only wanted to offer my two cents on a public forum, which in this case was making a distinction as to what is considered stupid in this context. To further clarify, what I posted was not a protest and was an opinion meant to further the discussion.
“Living off the grid” can also be referred to as self-sustainable living and it seems to be growing in popularity as modern society becomes more exclusive, artificial, and unhealthy. Taking the knowledge you’ve gained and skills you’ve learned in order to live sustainably by yourself in nature, away from the bullshit of modern life is, personally, not stupid, which was the original point I was trying to make. But, as you mentioned, it is when people decide to just quit everything because they had a bad day, but have no tools or skills to survive that is very ill-informed to say the least.
Diablo 4’s foundation is pretty good in my opinion.
