No it was pure corruption the way it was. Congress is supposed to write the laws, and the Judicial Branch is supposed to interpret those laws, not the unelected federal bureaucracy.

Hundreds of millions of tax dollars spent giving aid and comfort to our enemies, someone should be going to prison for this.

Federal agencies creating and enforcing laws is not democracy… Only congress can create legislation per the Constitution.
