Wumao begone
Wumao begone
And that’s even considering the fact that Google deliberately throttles Firefox on their sites
“I’m not a tankie, I just parrot all of their talking points and their weird, myopic rhetorical style.”
What you do is take a screenshot of the desktop, rotate it 180° in MSPaint, set it as the background, hide and move the taskbar, hide desktop icons, and set the screen rotation to landscape flipped in the display settings. You’ll get a desktop that appears normal but can’t be interacted with, and a cursor that moves upside down and backwards. Rotate your victim’s mouse the wrong way around if they’re gullible and they’ll think the mouse messed everything up,
I’ve already run into multiple people on Lemmy who do what I call the Reddit Special:
For example a conversation I have actually had more than once on Reddit:
Person 1 - “I hate the designated hitter in baseball, it was more fun before, without it”
Person 2 - “Why are you in love with the old days so much? Do you want segregation back too?”
Person 1 - “Are you crazy? I just like it when pitchers bat”
Person 2 - “Lol. Clearly you have issues with being called out on your bigotry”
Person 1 - “You’re not listening, I said I like baseball better when pitchers bat”
Persot 2 - “lmaoooo I don’t listen to racists”
Forums, the fediverse, your own website, and perhaps most controversially of all, outside.
Look up, you’ll see the point as it passes by
Not OP, but take a wild guess
And yet it’s the only argument you’ll hear. I don’t know what possesses some people to act like critcism of systemd makes you an entitled manchild, I suspect they might be imbeciles.
8:43 A.M. and already this is the dumbest thing I’ll read all day.
No, tell us anyway
Lemmynet’s design structure has some weird choices in it, motivated either by laziness or to keep garage servers from being overwhelmed, and that’s the biggest and weirdest one. I’d like to see federation = full and complete synchonization from server launch to present, but I doubt the motivation is there to implement it. Maybe things will be different when kbin eventually surpasses Lemmy
Rich people don’t really seem to be smart so much as they just have a sort of rat-like cunning that confers high performance at screwing people and stealing shit.
Where’s any logic here? You’re directly comparing untested technology to reliable public utilities.
