  • There is a certain preferabillity to having things able to be decentralized enshrined like the way it has to proceed now. If a fascist gets in Office again, California et al can say let you enforce it and give you the finger and that will for the most part be the end of it

Don’t get me wrong: people will fall thru the cracks and there will be blood, but this gentile gentlemen’s agreement bullshit has to stop. The legislatures need to send 'Pubs packing and fucking enshrine actualy damn rights to make them inalienable. The right and sensible thing needs to be the only thing selling and motivating pols to for their own survival do the needful.

Whatever sense or legal rationale Row has furnishing it, it seems obvious in retrospect that Republicans play both the states snd federal rights game, so the States are on their own insulating themselves from the caprices of dissimilar populations that are significantly less representative of the country (as a whole) and also basically antithetical to the entire existence of their own specific state, culturally, geographically, economically, education-wise, the works…

  • I’m curious if that would be different for simulated blurriness, like if you watch a blurry video, would that be a different story? I feel like that would be different because its not impairing the objective signal or functioning of your normal vision

Like if you have blurry vision, and you don’t wear vision-correcting glasses, does that set off an inevitable downward spiral of degradation of your vision?

Why is worse than closing your eyes, probably super dumb question but might as well iron out my understanding of this while we’re here 🙏

  • Probably much more than is comfortable to admit but importantly, it was always understood that its gravy and I need to manage my affairs assuming they weren’t in the picture.

Had some slipups but I take it very seriously when I borrowed and would always sweeten the deal by helping out with whatever they needed a hand on and taking care to demonstrate there is an upward trajectory (it wasn’t pissing money down the gutter) and lessons were learned.

I’m really glad for the approach because financial responsibillity was not modelled by the other half and even worse, they used their irresponsibillity with money in combination with abuse to deprive me of control against them and experience in managing that crucial aspect of one’s existence.

My relationships with them is much stronger because its fostered better communication and prevented anything to catastrophic from happening.

  • He’s going to need to serve his prison sentence so this is a dangerous, crazy, moot point. They got him on State charges for what Cohen did and he ain’t gonna sing so time for Mr. Big to pay his debt to society, something he hopefully can’t escape again despite his moral and neurological bankruptcy

Tired of everyone dancing around this “small” problem. He has to be punished and it was stupid of society to let it get this bad. Fucking age limits, no older than 70 and mental competency tests that have teeth. Tax returns must be produced. Courts have enforced timelines for grave politico-legal issues. Emoluments safeguards enforced vigorously. No more profiting off using your own venues.

We have much to learn and improve on, Trump has exposed it all
