Charges against a man accused of injuring a Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office investigator during the Ironman Race have been dropped after video evidence showed the investigator kicking the man's vehicle.

    The Best I can do is charge the driver with a misdemeanor instead.

    Fuck cops and (most) DA’s while we’re at it.
